What does "Karajaw" mean?
In Surigaonon, "Karajaw" means very good, excellent, or great.
When we started in 2024, the goal was simple: bring authentic, hearty Italian comfort food to the island, but keep the soul 100% local. No pretension, no resort prices—just excellent food that fuels your surf sessions and late-night stories.
We are the "Mid-Market" rebels. High quality without the high price tag. A place where locals and travelers share tables, pizza, and the island vibe.
